CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both our clients and our time, we kindly ask that you review the following policy: We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their appointment. If we are unable to complete your service due to late arrival, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation. A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments and may be charged according to this policy. We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.
